Business History
1948   The first president Kiyoshi Kurosaka begins a town workshop in Ota-ku.
1953 March Kiyoshi Kurosaka begins and establishes the Sanyo Kikai Seisakusho in Chidori, Ota-ku.
1955   Sanyo Kikai Seisakusho becomes a partner of Hitachi, Ltd.
1964 March The capital stock reaches 1 million yen through capital increase.
1969 November A new three-story factory is built (the present headquarters factory)
1972 December The capital stock reaches 3 million yen through capital increase.
1974 June The capital stock reaches 7 million yen through capital increase.
1979 January The first president is inaugurated as chairman and Hiroshi Kurosaka (eldest son) as president.
1995 March The capital stock reaches 10 million yen through capital increase.
2005 March The secondary factory is disassembled, and the construction of the headquarters factory starts newly from April.
  December The headquarters factory is completed.
2006 November Start of business with Toyo Tanso Co., Ltd.
2007 July Acquisition of the ISO14001 certificate
2008 December Acquisition of the ISO9001 certificate
2009 January The second president Hiroshi Kurosaka is inaugurated as board chairperson and Kotaro Kurosaka (eldest son) as third president.
2011 February Eiji Kurosaka (second son) is inaugurated as executive director.
  March Start of business with Kuroda Precision Industries, Ltd.

We internally and externally announce that we have established our Environmental Policy as detailed below and that we are willing to improve the Policy continuously.

[1] Basic Policy

With a slogan of "becoming a company of craftsmanship considering the global environment", we will approach environmental conservation with the initiative of all employees, and we will take actions with the recognition of our responsibility to carry over “irreplaceable global environment” to the future in a healthy state.

[2] Basic Guidelines

As a manufacturer located in Ota-ku where Japanese processing technologies are concentrated, we aim to be a company which contributes to the local community, approaches environmental conservation and is always conscious of environmental effect through our activities, making efforts in preventing pollution. We will also establish our specific environmental objectives regarding the following activities as long as it is technically possible, and improve the environmental management system continuously.

  1. Specify legal requirements applicable to an environmental aspect as well as other requirements agreed on by us. Also specify our voluntary standards and comply with them to prevent global environmental pollution as required.
  2. Reduce electric energy to prevent global warming.
  3. Reduce paper for the purpose of resource saving.
  4. Separate trash to promote recycling and reduce waste.
  5. Promote green purchasing to build a circulating society.
  6. Actively contribute to local communities through environmental conservation activities.
  7. Provide environmental education so that all the employees working for or working in our company can be familiar with environment.
